Pour salt bath soak into dry, new and empty tea bag. Swirl tea bag in warm bath water or fully immerse in water and cascade over your body for release. Leave bag in bath water as you soak and allow essential oils, herbs, and salts dissolve and release.

After your soak, allow water to drain fully before rinsing off excess salt residue for a complete release.
