Get into the little details about our shipping, returns, exchanges, and refunds. Don't be shy.

Shipping Policy

All orders placed Monday - Saturday (before 1pm EST each day) will be processed same day, shipped within 1 - 2 business days.

All orders placed  Saturday after 1pm EST - Sunday will be processed no later than the following business day, shipped within 1 - 3 business days.

As a way to ensure you get your items at the best rate and as quickly as possible, we now offer USPS First Class (over $50 USD), Priority and Priority Express shipping options presently.

All orders are estimated to arrive within or before 3 - 7 business days from your order shipped date. 

All orders accompanying  20+ items in one transaction, we ask that you please allow 1 extra day for your items to arrive.

If you don't receive your package within that time frame - excluding major holidays and adjacent days that typically effect shipping accuracy, contact us via contact form on the Contact page and select option best appropriate for the concern and submit promptly.

Total and "Semi-International" shipping is currently unavailable.

Unfortunately, shipping to the UK and Canada has been taking entirely too long for our comfort and until we can get this issue resolved and find a safe, reliable shipping option, we have decided to cease international shipping.

Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy

If you have a defective or damaged product and if our inventory allows, we may allow you to exchange your product. We may ask that you send us the damaged product back to us and/or contact us via contact form on the Contact page and select option best appropriate for the concern and submit promptly. 

After form has been submitted, we'll contact you to resolve the issue and to provide you with all other proceeding options if they apply.

We do not offer refunds on services or products at this time.
